QuoteFlow Terms of Service

1. Service

QuoteFlow helps Shopify merchants receive quote requests, prepare merchant-approved pricing, create Shopify Draft Orders and invoices, and track quote status. Payments and checkout remain within Shopify.

2. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the products, prices, taxes, shipping, discounts, customer communications, fulfilment and legal obligations associated with their store and quotes. Merchants should review quote details before sending a Shopify invoice.

3. Account and platform access

QuoteFlow requires a valid Shopify store and the permissions needed for the app's stated features. Shopify may change APIs, plans or platform behavior, which can require QuoteFlow changes.

4. Fees

QuoteFlow Plus offers a Free plan with five successfully submitted quotes per calendar month. The Unlimited plan is US$7.99 per month or US$79.99 per year and includes a five-day free trial. Shopify manages plan selection, trials, subscription charges, renewals and cancellations through Shopify App Pricing.

Unlimited access continues only while Shopify reports an active Unlimited subscription. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing cycle remains active until that cycle ends. The Free allowance applies after a cancellation, downgrade or subscription expiry takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

Merchants must not use QuoteFlow unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse Shopify APIs, or use the app to facilitate prohibited or fraudulent transactions.

6. Availability

We aim to operate QuoteFlow reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, Shopify changes and events outside our reasonable control can affect the service.

7. Intellectual property

QuoteFlow, its software, branding and original materials remain the property of StoreForge Labs or its licensors. Merchants retain rights in their own store content and data.

8. Termination

Merchants may uninstall QuoteFlow at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment or platform/legal compliance. Data deletion is handled as described in the QuoteFlow Privacy Policy and Shopify privacy requirements.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteFlow is provided without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. StoreForge Labs is not responsible for merchant pricing decisions, fulfilment, customer disputes, Shopify outages or third-party services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective is subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.
